At Land Rehab LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality land clearing and property improvement services. Because our work is scheduled, labor-based, and performed on-site, our refund policy is outlined below.

Service Payments

Payments may be required in advance to secure scheduling or to cover project materials, equipment mobilization, or labor costs.

Once work has been scheduled and/or completed, payments are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made before work has begun may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on costs already incurred.

• If equipment or labor has already been dispatched or work has started, refunds may not be available.

Project-Based Work

Because each property and job is unique, pricing is based on time, equipment, and site conditions. Refunds are not provided for:

• Changes in property conditions once work has begun

• Customer dissatisfaction with natural land results when work has been completed as agreed

• Partial completion due to weather, access issues, or unsafe conditions outside our control

Weather & Site Conditions

Outdoor land services may be affected by weather, terrain, or site accessibility. In such cases, we may reschedule work or adjust the project timeline. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by weather or site conditions.
