1. Services

Land Rehab LLC provides land clearing, brush removal, alder shearing, forestry mulching, trail brushing, and related land improvement services throughout northern Wisconsin.

All services are performed based on individual property conditions, site access, and project scope agreed upon between Land Rehab LLC and the customer.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on initial site evaluation and/or customer-provided information. Final pricing may vary if:

  • Site conditions differ from initial description

  • Additional work is requested or required

  • Unexpected obstacles or terrain issues are encountered

Customers will be notified of any significant changes when possible.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. This may include deposits, partial payments, or full payment upon completion.

Failure to make payment as agreed may result in suspension of services or additional collection efforts.

4. Scheduling

Project timelines are subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and site accessibility. Land Rehab LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Soft or unsafe ground conditions

  • Equipment breakdown

  • Events outside of our control

5. Cancellations

Customers may request to reschedule or cancel services by contacting us in advance.

Cancellations after work has been scheduled or equipment has been dispatched may result in charges for incurred costs.

6. Property Access & Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and free of hidden hazards when possible (such as underground utilities, debris, or obstacles not disclosed prior to work).

Land Rehab LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from undisclosed hazards.

7. Results of Work

Land clearing and vegetation management results may vary depending on terrain, soil conditions, vegetation type, and weather.

Natural regrowth, erosion, and environmental conditions are outside of our control after services are completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Land Rehab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. Website Use

All content on this website is owned by Land Rehab LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website or its functionality.

10. Changes to Terms
